Where will be created the infrastructure for digital broadcasting programs of the state television and radio broadcasting do not apply at all", - said Roman Makar. Currently the coverage area of the transmitters are placed on existing poles, cover television and radio the entire territory of the region, except for its southern part. Ternopil branch of concern of broadcasting, radiocommunications and television (hereinafter - TF of the BRT Concern) developed the project "Formation of the regional multiplex MX-5 with 2 programs standard N. 264 and simultaneous ÄVÂ-T2 broadcasting in the Ternopil region. The project envisages the construction of two radio and television stations in the cities of Monastyryska and Borscht. At this time, the construction of radio and TV station in the town of Monastyryska completed. In borschiv done the preparatory work for the construction of radio and television stations, in particular: - the land plot for construction; - developed a project for the construction of radio relay lines - -borschiv-Ternopil. Currently, digital coating provided 60% of the territory of Ternopil region. During the period of implementation of the program is to provide a digital coverage of 90% of the area. Given the lack of funding from the state budget there is a need to attract funds from the regional budget for the implementation of digital broadcasting on the territory of Ternopil region, informed the head of the Department of infrastructure, transport and energy saving Basil Askolsky. "The delay in the implementation of the regional plan of digital broadcasting southern part of the region may be left without frequency resource in the absence of radio and TV stations in Borshchiv, that will not allow television and radio broadcasters to obtain licenses for the right to broadcast in this area because of the frequency in the regions will be allocated under the existing radio and television stations with high-rise structures for placement of antennas," said Basil Askolsky.
