the Government has improved the target system (recovery) and monitoring of social benefits to internally displaced persons. Adopted by resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers ¹ 365 dated 8 June 2016, provides for the implementation of structural subdivisions on issues of social protection of population of the checking specified in the certificate of registration of the information about the actual place of residence of internally displaced persons and preparation of certificate of inspection of material living conditions of the family. This applies only to those internally displaced persons who are recipients of social benefits, subsidies and privileges. The decision on payment of internally displaced persons pensions (monthly lifetime allowance), grants, life state grants, all types of social assistance and compensation, financial support, provision of social services at the expense of the state budget and funds of compulsory state social insurance will be taken by the Commission on the appointment of social benefits to internally displaced persons, established the district, district in cities Kyiv and Sevastopol state administrations, Executive bodies city, district in the cities (in the case of their creation) councils.
