Noting the uniqueness of the exhibition, with the words of sincere gratitude to Arkady Pavlyuk asked chief editor of the magazine "Vinnitsa region", one of the initiators of the Vernissage Vadim Vitkovskiy: "for the First time in the administrative building of the regional Council of freely available open permanent exhibition-Vernissage of paintings by Moscow artist Arkady Pavlyuk, which he gave to us for eternal exposure". Vadim Vitkovskiy also encouraged other local artists to keep the picture there, where nobody could see them, and to follow the example of the elders among Vinnytsia artists - Arcadia Pavlyuk. Welcoming the participants, Director of the Vinnitsa regional art Museum Illia Bezbakh reminded the audience about the recent selfless act Arkady G. Pavlyuk – Vinnitsa early may, the artist donated a collection of 48 works in Belarus for exhibiting in the "Memorial complex "Brest fortress-hero". So from now on paintings of Arkady Pavlyuk, made in the style of socialist realism, at the Cathedral of 72 (3rd floor) can enjoy as citizens and guests of the city.
