the Next, 64th session of the regional Commission on granting the land plots of state property in the ownership or use of individuals and legal entities took place on 22 June at the RSA, chaired by the first Deputy Chairman of regional state administration Andriy Gyzhko. At a meeting of the Commission 15 submitted draft orders of the Chairman of regional state administration. Of them: 8 draft orders of the Chairman of regional state administration prepared by the Directorate of Derzeitiger in Vinnytsia region, 7 projects of decrees of the Chairman of regional state administration prepared by the Department of agricultural development of regional state administration. Including: the lease of land - 3, on amendments to the order of the Chairman of regional state administration – 1, on the termination of land lease contracts – 1, to cancel orders of district administration Latinskoy – 1, to grant permission for the development of technical documentation on land management regarding the establishment (restoration) of land boundaries in nature (on location) - 1, the provision of permanent use of land plot 1; about modification of the order of the Chairman of the regional state administration about the termination of the leases of land of water Fund – 1;on renewal of the lease of the land plot of water Fund – 6. Consider the issues of granting land plots 67 participants of anti-terrorist operations for personal farming and gardening.
