She said that according to the monitoring of the payment of wages on June 1, 2016, the amount of arrears of wages amounted to 2214,5 thousand UAH, out of which 1266,7 ths owed to its employees 5 economically active enterprises, from 59.9 thousand UAH, economically inactive Volyn branch of PJSC "UIC "GARANT-AUTO" and 887,9 thousand UAH – debt of the bankrupt enterprise JSC "Sahaprom". Compared to the beginning of the year, unpaid time of wages at economically active enterprises of the city decreased significantly: as of January 1, 2016, it was 3030,3 thousand USD. For untimely payment Service roads in Volyn region for work done for a long time there is a debt on salary payment in the state enterprise "Volyn Oblavtodor" (119,5 thousand UAH) and of the branch "Lutsk road maintenance station" SE "Volyn Oblavtodor" (273,0 million USD). PJSC "Electrotermometria" for violation of terms of payment of wages monthly for the first number there is a debt on salary payment, the repayment of which occurs during the month. So, as of 1 June 2016 debt to employees amounted to 685,1 thousand UAH. As of June 1, 2016 in the list of enterprises that do not ensure timely payment of wages to their employees, was the municipal enterprise "Parks and gardens the city of Lutsk with the amount of debt 183,7 thousand UAH. The main reason for the occurrence of arrears of wages was the lack of funds in connection with the reduction of the volume of work performed. According to Inna Savchuk, among the economically inactive debtors on salary payment - Volyns'kyi branch of PJSC "UIC "GARANT-AUTO" is the amount of debt on salary payment on June 1, 2016 59.9 thousand USD. The Directorate of the Motor (transport) insurance Bureau of Ukraine filed a lawsuit to the Economic court. Kyiv on the recognition of PJSC "UIC "GARANT-AUTO" bankrupt. Currently there are activities on realization of property of the debtor to repay the debt according to the register of creditors ' claims. As a result of the liquidator, in the measures the amount of arrears of wage decreased slightly compared with the previous month – 887,9 against of 908.7 thousand UAH thousand UAH. According to operative data, as of 16 June 2016 the amount of the debt of economically active enterprises of the city had declined and was 979,8 thousand UAH. This was due to partial repayment of PJSC "Electrotermometria" (454,0 thousand 685,1 UAH vs. million USD) and KP Parks the city of Lutsk" (133.3 thousand UAH against 183,7 million USD). Then the heads of the enterprises-debtors who were invited to participate in chromo meeting, spoke about the prospects of the final repayment of debt on salary payment. The next issue considered by the Commission the actual average level of wages of employees. According to Lutsky LIGHTS GU DFS in Volyn region by results of processing of tax reporting 1 DF (which covers a wider range of entities) for the first quarter of 2016 sets out that the wages in the smaller size of the state guaranteed minimum wages was paid to employees 443 legal entities.
