Deputies Alla Nadtochiy, Anna Movak, Maya Shostak, Tetyana Yanchuk reviewed and recommended for adoption at the session the plan of work of the city Council on the II-nd half of 2016. On this issue reported to the Secretary of city Council Julia Bosenko. The plan consists of two parts. The first group included the main issues to be considered at sessions of city Council. The second part is the questions that will be considered at the meetings of the standing committees of the city Council, they were submitted to the chairmen of the standing committees. The following representatives of the community considered the issue on approval of the Statute of the private educational complex "Preschool educational establishment – General educational school of I-III stages "Hope". The head of Department of education of the city Council Oleg Grebenyuk said that the main purpose of the institution, whose founder is the Religious community of the Church of Christians of Adventists of the seventh day, is to ensure the realization of the right of citizens to receive primary and secondary education, promote respect for the Law of God, the family, respect to folk traditions and customs, state and native language, national values of the Ukrainian people and other peoples and Nations. A new school is planned to open in 2017. The wish that their children studied in this institution, has already identified about 20 parents. Members of the Commission supported the changes to the decision of the city Council from 24.12.2012 ¹ 2/15 “On the Program of cooperation with youth and social support for children, women and families for 2016-2017”, which offered the chief of Department on Affairs of family and youth Alex Veremiychik. He stressed that this decision will provide: improving socio-political activity of young people, formation of feeling of patriotism, respect for culture and traditions of Ukraine; study (familiarization) with the way of life, traditions, historical heritage; the organization of joint sports and cultural events under the slogan "We are one United Ukraine, East and West together", "European Ukraine". Deputies heard and noted information on the status and conservation of architectural monuments of the city. Reported on this issue, the chief specialist of Department of protection of cultural heritage Yury prig. According to him, in the city of Lutsk is concentrated 129 monuments. Now, thanks to the implementation of city target programs for accounting of objects of cultural heritage the list is replenished with 31 novoiavlenka the object of cultural heritage. A large number of architectural monuments gives the city a historic character, makes it interesting to stay for local residents and attractive to visitors and tourists. However, the historical environment of a city causes admiration when its objects-monuments are in good condition, have kept the authentic look and are available to citizens.
