Zhytomyr: area residents may voluntarily surrender the weapon
for the purpose of removal of weapons, ammunition, explosives and special means of trafficking the national police of Ukraine beginning 1 July, the Month of voluntary delivery of the weapon will last until the end of the month. Citizens within the specified period voluntarily went to the police to surrender weapons, ammunition, explosive materials and special means, which are stored illegally, be exempt from criminal liability. Citizens who voluntarily went to the police to surrender weapons, ammunition, explosives and special tools, stored illegally, in accordance with the requirements of article 263 of the Criminal code of Ukraine are exempted from criminal liability. Moreover, if the citizen within a specified period voluntarily surrendered to the National police of Ukraine hunting fire, cold, gas guns, in the future, after the registration of the relevant documents it has the ability to register the weapons in private property and use it legally. Please note that the device of a domestic production for shooting cartridges equipped with rubber bullets non-lethal actions, are recorded in the cases and in the manner prescribed by legislation of Ukraine.
