to implement the provision of state registration of public groups through the Centers of administrative services region 06 July 2016 held a training webinar for administrators Centers of administrative services in Vinnytsia region. The webinar was conducted by the main territorial Department of justice in conjunction with the Department of international cooperation and regional development of the regional state administration through video conferencing software TrueConf Ministry of justice of Ukraine on the basis of the departments of state Executive service areas. By order of the Ministry of justice of Ukraine from 09.02.2016 No. 359/5 approved the Procedure of state registration of legal entities, individuals – entrepreneurs and public organizations without the status of legal persons, section III is settled by the features of the state registration of the public through front-offices (centers of administrative services). That is the subject of interaction of territorial body of justice and Snapw when carrying out state registration of public organizations was devoted to the webinar. The main goal is the prevention of violations of the constitutional rights of individuals to Association, timely and quality administrative services in the sphere of state registration of public formations for applicants who reside in the districts.
