Chernihiv city Council offers print media to participate in the tender

Started accepting applications for participation in the procedure of open bidding for the purchase of Chernihiv city Council services for the coverage of the printed media. The announcement and all the tender documents placed by the Executive Committee of the Chernihiv city Council on the official state web portal "State purchases" on 6 July. Ads number 141909. The deadline for receipt of applications is 10.00 am. 4 Aug. The proposals – on the same day at 12.00. According to the tender documents, the bidder shall be: - scope: Chernihiv; - minimal edition (the edition) edition: 1,500 copies; - language: Ukrainian; - publication frequency: at least 1 time per week; - purpose and thematic focus: socio-political and (or) information and / or advertising information; - method of distribution: by subscription. Among the publications that meet these criteria and submit the full package of documents under the terms of the tender win, which will offer the lowest price for 1cm² printed square. A public auction conducted in accordance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On public procurement". We are talking about: - publication of acts of bodies and officials of local self-government (regulatory and individual legal acts); - publication of statistical data on socio-economic development of the city, reports on the execution of acts of local self-government bodies and their officials; - distribution of official messages to bodies of local self-government and their officials; - create formal, festive materials on the occasion of important events and dates; - publication of quarterly reports on the activities of factions (within 20% of funds for Program execution).
