The winner is determined by the participant who scored the maximum number of points on the object. The Protocol of session of the competitive Commission is the basis for adoption by the Executive body of the local Council within 5 calendar days from the date of signing the decision on the appointment of the Manager. The agreement on provision of services for each apartment building included in the object of the contest for a period of 1 year on behalf of owners of apartment house is signed by the authorized person of the Executive body of the local Council has appointed the Manager.
