The status of pending requests for information in the Prosecutor's office of Rivne region for 6 months of 2016
To the Prosecutor's office of Rivne region during the first half of 2016 received 65 requests in accordance with the requirements of the law of Ukraine "On access to public information", of which the prosecutors reviewed 58. The greatest number of requests (46) considered by the office of the Prosecutor of the region, in the Rivne local Prosecutor's office has received 10 requests. Often capitals information on personnel issues (18 queries), in particular, the questioner was interested in the declarations and the autobiographical data of the management of Prosecutor's office of area and the newly appointed heads of local prosecution offices, on the issues of pretrial investigation of criminal proceedings, which caused a public outcry and the attention of the public (18 requests).
