Working group members agreed on the location of the seasonal temporary structures, in particular trays for sale ice cream, cotton candy, low-temperature units for sale of kvass until October 15, 2016 in different districts of the city. Sergei Grigorenko said the importance of providing permission for the resettlement of a group of temporary structures on the street.
