The Vinnytsya regional Prosecutor's office protects the state's interests in the sphere of land relations

However, the economic court of Vinnytsia region has refused satisfaction of the claim. The Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region, upholding its principled position, filed an appeal against the decision of the court of first instance. As a result, Rivne economic court of appeal granted the appeal, cancelled the illegal decision of the economic court of Vinnitsa region and adopted a new decision, which fully satisfied the claim of Prosecutor's office: to free illegally occupied by especially valuable land, historical and cultural destination with an area of 24.83 hectares on the territory of the village Council komorowska teplyts'kyi district, and recovered from the society which for a long time illegally used the said land, damages in the amount of nearly 102 thousand UAH.
