66 meeting of the Commission on the issues of granting land plots of state property in the ownership or use to natural and legal persons, which took place on 19 July 2016 granted to 12 projects of decrees of the Chairman of regional state administration. There are 7 projects of decrees of the Chairman of regional state administration prepared by the Directorate of Derzeitiger in Vinnytsia region, 5 projects of decrees of the Chairman of regional state administration prepared by the Department of agricultural development of regional state administration. Including: the lease of the land plot - 1, to grant permission to develop land management project concerning allocation of land – 1, for granting permission for development of the working draft land use – 1, to grant permission for the development of technical documentation on land management regarding the establishment (restoration) of land boundaries in nature (on location) – 1, approval of technical documentation on land management regarding the establishment (restoration) of land boundaries in nature (on location) – 1, on termination of the contract of lease of a land plot and permission for the development of technical documentation on land management regarding the establishment (restoration) of land boundaries in nature (on location) - 1, on conclusion of the additional agreement – 1, the conclusion of the lease of the water body – 3; on renewal of the lease of the land plot of water Fund – 2.
