Beregovskiy district court handed down a guilty verdict in criminal proceedings against a local resident about the Commission of a criminal offense under part 2 St. 307 criminal code of Ukraine (illegal acquisition, storage with a sales objective, the illegal sale of especially dangerous narcotic drugs, done again), the indictment which is sent to the court Peregusna local Prosecutor's office. It is established that the resident of Beregovo from the beginning of 2016 was engaged in sale of especially dangerous narcotic drugs (marijuana). Therefore, were exposed and arrested by law enforcement. July 15, 2016 Peregusna local Prosecutor's office participated in the consideration Beregovski the district court in this criminal proceedings. By results of consideration of the latter is found guilty and subject to article 69 of the criminal code of Ukraine sentenced to a conditional punishment. The specified sentence Peregusna local Prosecutor's office for m’as applied to punishment appealed to the appellate court.
