Chernihiv city mayor participated in the meeting on ensuring energy utilities region
the Meeting on ensuring energy enterprises of housing and communal services was held on July 19 in Chernihiv regional state administration. To search for solutions to the conflicts between the enterprises of housing and communal services and power companies, the Chairman of regional state administration Valeriy Kulich was invited for round table discussion of representatives of all parties, as well as managers and heads of local authorities. A meeting lasting more than two and a half hours, which was attended by heads of authorities of the Board of JSC "regional Power", PJSC "Chernihivgas", "Chernihivgas Sales", PJSC Oblteplokommunenergo", "Ninjalooter", Chernihiv city Chairman Vladislav Atroshenko, Nizhyn mayor Anatoly Linnik, Deputy Prilutsky mayor Ruslan Kotlyar, the Director of the Department of housing and utilities of Chernihiv regional state administration Yuriy Yevtushenko and others, has yielded positive results. The understanding of the timing and mechanisms of repayment of debts for services of power supply enterprises", Oblteplocomunenergo" and "Ninjalooter". Agreed about the approval of schedules of calculations under the condition which the utility company will not stop providing services. Somewhat more complicated is the situation with the repayment society "Ninjalooter" for the supply and transportation of gas. Some problems are left without a solution, because their root lies within the competence of the government and regulatory authorities. However, regarding the ways out of this situation, the participants of the meeting have reached an understanding. "For me it is important that we effectively do everything that depends on us. Yes, there are external factors – state and the need for their adjustments, we will convey to the relevant authorities. But much of the success depends on our constructive work at the level of the region. We must give up our own ambitions of companies and to work for the result, because of this in the first place, is a comfortable life of people. And all the other issues I, in particular, in turn, will lobby for, where possible. Because for me, fundamentally important to the welfare of all people and all enterprises in the region", – concluded the Chairman of Chernihiv regional state administration Valery Cake. Also during the meeting were discussed problems of development of industry and housing and communal services of Chernihiv-related activities of enterprises in the successor of the industrial giants of the city. The declared willingness of the Executive authorities of the region to support their decision. Given the performance of the meeting, an agreement was reached that similar meetings will be held on a regular basis.
