19 July 2016 in the Vinnytsia oblast state administration held a meeting of competitive Commission on granting financial support to immigrants in the framework of the EU project "Center of adaptation of immigrants and entrepreneurs from the area of ATO and Crimea Vinnytsia region". During the meeting of the tender Commission headed by the first Deputy Chairman of regional state administration Andriy Gyzhko have heard the business plans of entrepreneurs among immigrants and determined - who will receive compensation on development of own business within the framework of the EU project. During the meeting first Deputy head of Vinnytsia regional state administration Andriy Gyzhko said: "following consultations with public organizations and migrants, who noted that the particularly relevant issue for them is to receive compensation for the purchase of equipment for its own Affairs, Department of regional economic development of regional state administration was prepared proposals for the extension mechanisms of financial aid to displaced persons in the framework of the EU project "Center of adaptation of immigrants and entrepreneurs from the area of ATO and Crimea Vinnytsia region" and sent to the EU delegation. The proposed changes were agreed and entrepreneurs among immigrants will be able to receive compensation for the purchased equipment and other fixed assets. Accordingly, during June 2016, held a competition of business plans, under which the settlers have applied for compensation to restore, expand or start own business. Consequently, 19 and 22 July. p. g. meeting of the competition Committee, which will decide who of business immigrants will receive financial assistance in the form of compensation on their own business in the framework of the project". To the tender Commission, which consists of 9 people , representatives of the project coordinator and public organizations dealing with problems of immigrants. Thus, the volume of financial support provided will depend on the number of jobs created and compliance activity in priority areas identified by the grant agreement. "In General, during the contest, the settlers had filed 39 applications for a total amount greatly exceeding the planned project. Final results and a list of those who won the competition will be known after July 22, p. g. after holding both sessions of the competitive Commission", - said Andrei Geico.
