July 19 at the training center for Central locking and BC Rivne region held a training-methodical gathering with heads of specialized services of civil protection of the region. To organize and conduct joined the specialists of head Department gschs of Ukraine in the Rovno area, and the Department of emergency and TSZ of the regional state administration. The chief nmts CL and BC Rivne region, Colonel in the service of TSZ Sergei Vovchuk in his opening remarks stressed the need for readiness specialized services for action and for timely planning and implementation of activities of civil protection, especially in the period of preparations for the Commission of gschs of Ukraine control the activities of the Rivne territorial subsystem of DS TSZ and its components to meet the requirements of laws and other normative legal acts on issues of CL, technogenic and fire safety and activities of emergency services planned for the period from 15 to 23 August 2016.
