In the Vinnytsia region from now on to register a public Association can be local centres for providing free secondary legal aid
Until recently, under applicable law, to register a public Association can be had in regional justice Department, which complicated the process of registration as citizens of the districts, villages, towns and cities in Vinnytsia region is not convenient to go to the regional center to apply. To create available conditions for the legalization of public formations of the Ministry of justice of Ukraine decided to increase the points of access to registration of public associations and empower local centers providing free secondary legal aid with the functions of reception and delivery of documents for state registration of public associations. Currently in the Vinnitsa region, there are 4 such centres (in Vinnitsa, Kazatin,g. Gaysin, SMT Tomashpol), and from 1 September 2016 in Vinnytsia region zaplutayut 26 legal aid Bureau in local centers providing free secondary legal aid, which is also planned from 2017 to transfer responsibility for state registration of public groups. The corresponding order of the Ministry of justice of Ukraine came into force on 24 June 2016. So, on the basis of the order of the Ministry of justice of Ukraine from 17.06.2016 No. 1717/5 since July of this year, local centers providing free secondary legal aid will work front office on the basis of the procedure of state registration of legal entities, individuals – entrepreneurs and community groups without legal entity status, approved by the Ministry of justice of Ukraine from 09.02.2016 No. 359/5. In local centres for the provision of free legal aid will also accept and issue documents for state registration and to make changes to information community groups who do not have legal status, particularly with regard to public associations, arbitration, creative unions, trade unions, departments of political parties and local organisations of employers and their associations.
