According to the article 206 of the Land code of Ukraine the use of land in the state is paid. The land fee will be charged in accordance with the law. However, in violation of the above norms of the legislation has identified the office of the Prosecutor of the Rivne region in the two actions of unscrupulous tenants of the land stock industry, transport and communications, energy, defense and other purposes in the town of dubrovytsia, which costs 7.8 million UAH. So, it is established that contrary to requirements of laws and concluded in 2013, with local authority agreement, two citizens - foreigners systematically do not pay rent for use of land area of 2.8 hectares. At the same time, the lessor of any of the events for termination of the contractual relationship with the tenants on the grounds of systematic failure to pay money is not taken, evidence of the fact of inadequate performance by the authority of its powers for the protection of the interests of the state. In this regard, the Prosecutor's office of the Rovno area appealed to court with the requirement about cancellation of the above agreement and obligations of unscrupulous tenants to return to the territorial community the land in the condition not worse than that in which it was leased.
