Using system ProZorro in Ternopil region managed to save almost 3 million
System public electronic procurement ProZorro resulted in savings of 2.7 million hryvnias of public funds. According to analytical data system ProZorro in the Ternopil region, the planned amount of purchases amounted to 43.8 million hryvnia. Since the second half of half of last year, as of July 22 165 organizers announced 1159 procurement. Representatives of business and government learned to work in the electronic public procurement system ProZorro through 17, conducted free training workshops. They also took part the representatives of the staff and structural divisions of the regional state administration, district state administrations and bodies of local self-government. We will remind, on April 1, entered into force the Law of Ukraine "On public procurement", therefore, the Central Executive authorities and large state-owned enterprises began to procure through ProZorro. And from August 1, the use of electronic systems will become mandatory for all other government customers. According to the order of the Chairman of the Ternopil regional state administration Stepan Barns, to carry out procurement of goods, works and services using electronic systems ProZorro is recommended in the amount of UAH 3,000.
