In Vinnytsia oblast detained a young man who cold-bloodedly killed 63-year-old pensioner
Bodies of Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region is performed procedural management in criminal proceedings on the fact of intentional murder of a resident of Vinnytsia, 21.07.2016 whose body with numerous stab and cut wounds found in under’drive of one of the houses of the neighborhood “cherry”. The winery on signs of the crime provided p. 1 articles 115 UK of Ukraine. Properly coordinated action between the operational units of the Main Directorate of the National police in the Vinnitsa region, the investigator and the Prosecutor were given the opportunity to establish the identity of who committed the murder in the context of non-obviousness. It was the 20 - year-old student of one of higher educational institutions of Vinnytsia, which 25.07.2016 detained and informed of the suspicion under part 1 of article 115 of the criminal code of Ukraine. Now the court directed the petition of the investigator about the election of the offender the measure of restraint in form of detention. Additionally, the sanction of part 1 of article 115 UK of Ukraine provides imprisonment for the term from seven to p’atacati years.
