Chernigov: Local centres will receive a new function in the sphere of state registration of public organizations
Now to register a public Association can be local centres for providing free secondary legal aid. To create available conditions for the legalization of public formations of the Ministry of justice of Ukraine decided to create a new access point to the registration of public associations and empower local centers providing free secondary legal aid with the functions of reception and delivery of documents for state registration of public associations. Currently in Chernihiv region there are 3 of these centers (Chernihiv, Nizhyn, I), and from 1 September 2016 in the Chernihiv region will earn a further 19 legal aid Bureau in local centers providing free secondary legal aid. So, on the basis of the order of the Ministry of justice of Ukraine from 17.06.2016 No. 1717/5 in local centers providing free secondary legal aid will work front office on the basis of the procedure of state registration of legal entities, individuals - entrepreneurs and community groups without legal entity status, approved by the Ministry of justice of Ukraine from 09.02.2016, No. 359/5. In local centres for the provision of free legal aid will also accept and issue documents for state registration and of any change in the information community groups who do not have status of a legal person, in particular, it concerns public associations, arbitration, creative unions, trade unions, departments of political parties and local organisations of employers and their associations.
