"Reform of public service employees is a key to cleanse Ukraine of corruption, after all, embedded in it mechanisms year after year will reduce the theft of joint money from the state budget of Ukraine to the level of a civilized country. There are three key advantages of the new Declaration system. First, is its openness, because the Declaration will be available to everyone in the online system. Thus, society will be able to exercise control. Second, the comprehensiveness will reduce the ability to hide from declaring their estates for the status of "under construction", - said the head of the Project "Transparency and integrity in the public sector" United Nations development Programme in Ukraine Ivan Presnyakov. "During the trip we will conduct trainings for public servants to teach correctly and seamlessly fill new electronic Declaration. Vinnitsa is the second Ukrainian city where we hold a seminar, like we plan to hold until mid September in all regional centers of Ukraine", - said Ivan Presnyakov. 2017 e-Declaration will be mandatory for all state employees.
