We are talking about the pond water surface area of almost 190 hectares located in the territory of Perebratsya village Council of Dubrovytsky district of Rivne region. Established, private entrepreneurs continued to illegally use the pond, despite the fact that the courts at the initiative of the Prosecutor's office was terminated the lease of the land on which is located a water body, and decided to return it to the state. At the same time, in the absence of legal grounds for future use of the owner of the reservoir, the measures for the compulsory return of said water body of local and regional authorities are not accepted. Therefore, to protect the interests of the state Prosecutor's office of Rivne region have taken measures representative character regarding the return of state property in a condition not worse in comparison with that in which it was received in rent.
