Of these, 242 156,5 thousand UAH (49,68%) spent on financing education, 131742,8 thousand UAH (27,03%) – medical, 36 448,8 thousand UAH (7,48%) on housing and communal services of the city. The vast majority (80.7 per cent) of financial resources spent on the "protected article". Including the payment of wages to workers of budgetary sphere and charges at her - the 61.8%, ensure the actual energy consumption is 12.7% on food and medicines was 3.4%.
