The discussion took place in the Department of information activities and public relations of the regional state administration. Deputy chief of Marina Eroshenko informed those present about the current financial stability of the pension system. "In the first half of this year the Fund has managed not only to timely and fully pay the pensioners the required funds but also to advance the January payments, may hold a mass recalculation of pensions in connection with increase in cost of living - said during his speech Marina Eroshenko. In particular, experts of Fund of Vinnitsa region in the first half ensured timely payment of pensions 492 thousand pensioners of the region. For these purposes UAH 4.6 bn, which is UAH 233,4 million or 105.3% more than the same period last year. In General, the budget of the Fund in the region managed to attract its own funds from paying a single fee for obligatory state social insurance 1254,9 million UAH. In January – June 2016 the debt of economically active payers decreased by 987,9 thousand UAH and UAH 18.0 million. "From January 1, 2016, significantly reduced load on the wage Fund, since the reduced rate of ERUs to 22%, abolished the payment of ERUs in the form of a deduction, - said Marina Eroshenko. – The legislators of this provision hoped to create conditions for the gradual transition of employees, especially close to retirement age, informal sector employment. As a result, in January-June this year are the growth of the wage Fund in the region 26.9% (1336,1 million UAH). Although actuarial calculations, the overall situation is positive."
