the Event takes place August 11 at the premises of the regional state administration with the participation of the coordinating, Regional and local centers providing free secondary legal aid in the Vinnitsa region. Regional constituent workshops, organized jointly with local and regional centres for providing free secondary legal aid, have to discuss first steps for the organization of work of the Bureau on the eve of their opening on 1 September of this year, their role for citizens and main tasks of the Agency employees and their colleagues from centres in the regions. During the workshop the participants will also discuss the mission and vision of providing free legal assistance, values which are professed by her new team. Svetlana Malinovskaya is the Director of the Regional centers of free secondary legal aid in the Vinnytsia region, opening the workshop, said: "the Main objective of the opening of the Bureau is legal support to low-income categories of citizens, and strengthening legal capacity of territorial communities. Our task is to tell people about their rights than they are in their own best interests and in relations with authorities and local self-government." She also noted that the newly created Bureau of free secondary legal aid established on the basis of the liquidated departments of justice in the framework of reforming of the Ministry of justice of Ukraine. They have the task to bring legal services to people, becoming a kind of "emergency legal aid". Similar seminars will be held in 24 regions of the state until mid-August 2016. Recall that during the April 4 – July 15 this year held an open competition for the selection of heads/Deputy heads of the legal aid Bureau, the results of which for making decisions on appointment to these positions was recommended by 915 people. In addition, the 483 participants were recommended by the tender Committee to make decisions regarding appointments to other positions in the Bureau. Now comes the process of appointments in the Bureau, which is carried out by the Directors of the respective local centers providing free secondary legal aid.
