However, non-residential building on prospect Mira, 74 (Dom Poltorackij") was excluded from the list of objects for privatization, after all, has a common opinion on the definition of the future of this building in the city centre. The Chairman of Fund of municipal property of the city Council Alexey Penn noted that it was premature to include this building for sale at auction, because there is uncertainty in this matter among the public and in the session hall, so it is necessary to examine more carefully this issue.
