Law enforcement is exposed and stopped activity of 7 gambling in Vinnytsia
the Issue of combating illegal gambling in the territory of the Vinnytsia region is under constant control of the management of Prosecutor's office of area and the Main Department of the National police in the Vinnitsa region. So, 13.08.2016 Vinnytsia local Prosecutor's office together with employees of the Vinnytsia Department of police and internal security of the Main Directorate of the National police in the Vinnitsa region, conducted a special operation to identify and suppress the activities of the institutions which provided services in the field of illegal gambling in the regional center. Law enforcement authorities carried out 7 simultaneous raids on the Icing, near the railway station and the city centre. During the RAID detection and suppression activities of the institutions which provided services in the field of illegal gambling in the regional center law enforcement officers found 132 system unit, 130 monitors, 12 Wi-Fi routers, 13 tuners, 24 surveillance cameras, keypad 42, 42 of optical manipulators and flash drives. Also seized documents relating to the activities of gambling establishments and “black book” and almost 19 thousand UAH of illegal profit. Currently, in the framework of criminal proceedings on the procedural management in Vinnytsia local Prosecutor's office, investigative actions are carried out with the purpose of comprehensive, full and impartial investigation of the circumstances of the criminal offense, the persons involved in the organisation of activity of gambling institutions.
