August 13 at 16:57 in the rescue Service of Rivne region received a report that S. Bartica (farm "Lebedyanka") Dubno district in the well fell. After that employees of gschs raised the man to the surface and handed over to paramedics, who immediately transported it to a medical facility. Upon completion of the rescue operation, officials of the state service for emergency situations found near two abandoned wells.
