August 14 at 08:10, the security service of the Main Directorate DSNS in Rivne region by phone " 101 " received a message about a fire in a residential building in the city of Rivne vul. Makarova, 42. At the specified address were immediately directed guard on duty of the rescuers 1st and 2nd state fire and rescue units and operational coordination center DSNs. Upon arrival the employees of gschs found that the fire originated in a Studio apartment with an area of 16 sqm on the last floor of the p’antipoverty. The smoke from the fire quickly filled the upper floors of the building. After the deployment of forces and means, firefighters quickly filed for fire extinguishing water barrel. Fortunately, in the burning house was empty. Meanwhile, another group of rescuers within the level of vasodilatation conducted the evacuation of residents of the upper floors of the smoke-filled areas. Only fresh air was successfully put 12 people. At 08:20 the fire was localized, and in 20 minutes – eliminated. The fire damaged furniture and household goods in one apartment.
