Among enrolled at the undergraduate, the number of contractors on 28 thousand 275 people exceeds the number of state employees. A similar situation with students who entered UNIVERSITIES to obtain educational qualification level “specialist” – here the number of employees less than 9 076 thousand people. While this is only the operational data, they do not include applicants in other than day form of education, all beneficiaries, and the like.
