Chernigov: Continuing refinement and recovery of the military account
Yesterday at the expanded meeting with heads of structural divisions and the municipal enterprises of the Chernihiv city Council made the military Commissioner of the United Chernihiv city military Commissariat Oleg Lammert. Oleg Lammert: - Given the importance of the raised issue, we request all the citizens to treat the events with a sense of civic duty. All military service, which in recent years have changed the address of residence, marital status, changes in health status and did not notify the military Commissariat must arrive to the military Commissariat to clarify the credentials. Reception on recovery on the military account is made daily from 9.00 to 17.00 hours. It just so happens that until March 2014 system of military commissariats within a few years, specifically under the guise of reforming the Armed forces was destroyed. At the same time destroyed the system of military service. As a result, even now a significant part of the data of the military account requires further work and clarification. A lot of people changed their place of residence or even moved abroad, many have become unfit for military service due to serious illness or obtained the right to exemption from conscription for mobilization due to the fact that they take reservations office, or as such that contain three or more children or in connection with the care (in the absence of other persons) to persons that, under current law, require continuous nursing care, as stated in the article 23 of the Law of Ukraine "On mobilization preparation and mobilization". Some citizens during the years of civil life, acquired new skills, more necessary in modern conditions the Armed Forces of Ukraine, other military formation than the one for which they are registered in military records. All these data require clarification and verification. And on the basis of the study, clarification of data and medical examination in respect of each military service make a decision regarding his appointment to the special period. According to the decree of the President of Ukraine in military commissariats are working on compiling a Nationwide register of people who refuse to perform military duty, namely, those who do not appear on call of the military Commissariat which refused to receive the summons and who has not received a summons in connection with absence of the address, those who have not finished military-medical Commission. The lists must be included the citizens, who by the decision of the draft commissions is transferred to register for military service on reaching the age of 25 who are not spotted, and those who are not issued by the military records. The above specified categories of citizens must arrive at the military Commissariat in shortest possible time. Evasion of military service from the military registration after the warning given by the relevant military registration and enlistment office,– shall be punished by a fine of up to 850 UAH. or correctional labor for a term up to two years, or with arrest for the term up to six months. 2.
