Vinnicchina: the introduction of electronic auctions studied in districts of the region (photo)
01.08.2016 year came into force the Law of Ukraine "On public procurement" No. 922-VIIIвід25.12.2015 (the Act). According to this Law, must conduct all procurement proceedings and to publish the reports on the contracts concluded, the cost of the item purchased which is equal to or exceeds UAH 50 thousand, and less than the value determined in paragraphs two and three of part 1 of article 2 of the Act courts system electron procurement ProZorro. With the aim of providing practical assistance to local public authorities and local governments, the Department of international cooperation and regional development of the regional state administration with the involvement of specialists in one of the electronic platforms have been ProZorro, 11 and 12 August p. G. organized and conducted training seminars in Latinskom, Vinnitsa, Mohyliv-Podilsky, Murovani-Kurylovetskomu districts.
