Among the regions of Ukraine Vinnytsia oblast has occupied 1-e a place on volume of gross output of agriculture
According to the General statistics office, Vinnitsa region took the 1st place in terms of gross output of agriculture, 2nd place – based on one person and 6-th place – the rate of production of gross output. In January–July of 2016 by all categories of farms of Vinnytsia region sold for slaughter of livestock and poultry in live weight 261.8 thousand tons of milk produced all kinds 502,2 thousand tonnes and obtained eggs from birds of all kinds 557,4 million pieces. Among the regions of Ukraine Vinnytsia oblast occupies the 1st place in terms of meat and milk production and 4th place in terms of egg production.
