Natural resources in Vinnytsia region brought to the budget almost 389,3 million UAH.
For the use of forests, water resources, land in Vinnytsia region during January-July of 2016, users of these natural resources were paid about 389,3 million UAH. As noted by the chief of the Department of DFS in Vinnitsa region Ruslan Osmolovsky is almost 113.8 million UAH. more than received for the same period last year. In total revenue for natural resources is leading the charge for the land – about 88 percent or 341,6 million UAH. the second largest is the payment for special use of forest resources – about 7.3 percent, or 24.2 million UAH. The rental fee for special use of water ranks third and accounts for 4% or more 15.7 million UAH. The rental fee for the use of subsoil accounts for the remaining, or about 7.6 million UAH. Ruslan Osmolovsky emphasizes that the tax payments for the use of natural resources is a significant source of funding for local communities. Indeed, over paid within seven months of the year 2016 in their budgets settled almost 94 percent. Therefore, timely payment, the so-called resource payments, completeness of registration of objects of taxation, should be interested primarily in the communities themselves.
