In Lutsk, the MPs introduced changes to the city budget and adopted Budget regulations
the Deputies in the plenary session of the city Council adopted a resolution “On amendments to the decision of the city Council from 15.01.2016 No. 2/101 On the budget of the city of Lutsk for 2016” with the changes brought by the decision from 02.02.2016 No. 3/11, from 24.02.2016 No. 4/7, from 30.03.2016 No. 5/14, dated 27.04.2016 No. 7/6, from 27.07.2016 No. 11/8 and on Budget regulations of Lutsk city Council. Budget rules will help to streamline processes (mechanism) of formation and use of financial resources for provision of tasks and functions which are implemented in the Lutsk city Council, its Executive bodies and units during the budget period, as well as regulation of relationships between the different actors of the budget process. This decision should provide an additional incentive to attract companies to the processes of budget allocation in terms of transparency and taking into account the interests of stakeholders. A document that clearly regulates the budget process in Lutsk city Council, will contribute to the protection of the rights and interests of territorial communities. Deputies also supported a Programme to improve the functioning of the Center of service of payers of Lutsk United state tax Inspectorate of the Main Department of state fiscal service in Volyn region for 2016-2017. Head of Lutsk United state tax inspection of the main State fiscal Inspectorate in Volyn oblast Svetlana Sava requested to allocate from the local budget funds to optimize the operation of the Center and taxpayers for the installation of electronic queue system. In addition, she noted the need for office equipment. On the question of MP Boris Smile on the possibilities of transfer of computer technology, which has been in use tax Inspectorate in pre-primary education, the speaker said that in the case of purchase of new computers for quality service taxpayers will be considered the mechanism for the transfer of existing technology in preschool in the city of Lutsk.
