the Prosecutor's office of Rivne region have taken measures to refund to the account of the Department of education Dubrovytsky district administration funds levied on the basis of a judicial decision, which is currently cancelled. So, the decision of Economic court of the Rovno region from 05.09.2016 satisfied the statement of the Prosecutor of the Rivne region for reconsideration of the court's decision on again opened circumstances and ordered a private entity to return the education Department of the regional state administration UAH 250 thousand, which in 2014 was recovered from the latter for performance of design works on replacement Windows school district according to the prisoner between the parties of the contract. The basis for the appeal of the Prosecutor's office with the above statement was that the decision of the Lviv appeal economic court from 06.07.2016 partially satisfied the appeal complaint of Prosecutor's office of Rivne region and the above-mentioned agreement declared invalid. Thus, thanks to the active position of the Prosecutor's office of Rivne decided to return to the state represented by the Department of education Dubrovitskiy district state administration illegally collected funds in the amount of 250 thousand UAH.
