September 11, the investigative Department of Prosecutor's office of Volyn region in cooperation with the Office of the security Service of Ukraine in region and Management of internal security GU DFS in the field during receipt of unlawful benefit by exposed employee, control over the circulation and taxation of excisable goods GU DFS in Volyn region. It is established that operatives demanded and received from the citizen illegal benefit for preventing trade in excise goods. Currently held urgent investigative actions, the question on election of a preventive measure, the announcement of suspicion and dismissal. The actions of the suspect pre-qualified under part 3. 368 (receipt of unlawful benefit) of the Criminal code of Ukraine. Note that for committing specified crime criminal liability in the form of deprivation of liberty for a term from 5 to 10 years.
