Chernihiv city Chairman Vladislav Atroshenko took part in the expanded session of Board of regional state administration
- In General, the Chernihiv city ready for the heating season. the system of relations in the sphere warmly-Energo - and gas supply, both at the state and local level is a fairly significant problem and I would like to emphasize - not at the local level. We are on the ground more or less with the situation understand. The state needs a system mivtach-harmonized legislative solutions in the system warmly-Energo - and gas supply, - said Vladislav Atroshenko in Chernihiv regional state administration on the expanded session of Board of regional state administration. In this meeting took part the Minister of social policy of Ukraine Andriy Reva, Chairman of the Chernigov regional state administration Valeriy Kulich and his deputies, the Chairman of regional Council Igor Vdovenko, Chernihiv mayor Vladislav Atroshenko and Prilutsky mayor Olga Popenko. Also present were the chairmen of the district state administrations and district councils, heads of structural divisions of regional state administration and city Council, representatives of enterprises and organizations of housing and communal services and fuel and energy complex, as well as local journalists. The main topic of discussion was the readiness of fuel and energy complex, housing and communal services and social sphere for autumn-winter period of 2016 and 2017. The gathered reports on the relevant topic was made by Deputy Chairman of regional state administration Sergey Sergienko, the Chairman of the Board of PJSC "Oblteplocomunenergo" Viktor Gerashchenko, PJSC "Chernigovgaz" Alla Yarova and PJSC "Chernigivoblenergo" Vladimir Tkach and other top officials. In his speech, the mayor Vladislav Atroshenko, addressing to the Minister of social policy of Ukraine, asked to convey his gratitude to President of Ukraine and Prime Minister of Ukraine on a clear position of decentralization and called for making every effort to keep to this path. Chernihiv city mayor also touched on the issue of implementation in the city of Chernihiv of the integral clearing center, funding for vocational schools and providing medical services of hemodialysis. According to him, such issues must be addressed together at the state level. In addition, the mayor asked to shorten the tender procedure. Concluding the Board meeting, Minister of social policy of Ukraine Andriy Reva assured that all the raised problem issues be brought to the attention of the state leadership and possibly solved.
