In Vinnytsia region detected vehicle fraudster
the Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region together with employees of the Main Directorate of the National police in the region, in the framework of criminal proceedings regarding fraudulent appropriation of funds of over UAH 2 million, and 7th vehicles of residents of the region, the inhabitant of Vinnytsia region handed a notice of suspicion in Commission of the criminal offenses provided by h. h. 2, 3, 4 St. 190 criminal code of Ukraine. Law enforcement agencies turned 11 residents with allegations against them of criminal offences. Established that the attacker, having gained the confidence of the people under the pretext of the lease, purchase, resale of vehicles, received from them money in significant amounts and the relevant vehicle. Further, the said property was drawn in his favor. Now the court directed the election petition to the suspect the measure of restraint in form of detention. Optional: part 4 St. 190 criminal code of Ukraine (fraud committed in especially large sizes), there is a liability in the form of deprivation of liberty for a term from p'five to twelve years with confiscation of property.
