A vivid example – Chernyakhovsky school, which was upgraded by the State regional development Fund on more than 14 million UAH", – said Liliya Hrynevych. Only in the region of energomontaza 28 schools. Liliya Hrynevych noted in the design of subsidies: "We, as a government, need to convey to people the information regarding the issuance of grants. Every family can count the percentage that they will pay, it should not exceed 15%. Once issued the grant, and then it will be automatically extended". They also discussed issues of financing of the education sector. "If the Zhytomyr region will not have enough funds for salaries – should be allocated additional subsidy. Regarding vocational training – funding of these institutions will be entrusted to the regional level and at the level of cities of regional centres. Zhytomyr region resources have been allocated from the state budget, namely for buses - UAH 30 million on the books for 4 and 7 classes – more than 2.4 million UAH on equipment for supporting schools and 3.6 million UAH", – said Liliya Hrynevych, emphasizing that these facilities are not yet fully used.
