In Ukraine changed the conditions of registration of charters of territorial communities
resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine from 23.08.2016 ¹ 553 "On amendments and recognition as such that lost effect, certain resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine" (entry into force 06.09.2016) amended the Regulation on the state registration of charters of territorial communities, approved by the decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 27.07.1998 ¹ 1150. According to the amendments registration of charters of territorial communities of villages, settlements, cities (except Kyiv) is the corresponding main territorial administrations of justice, the Charter of the territorial community of Kyiv — the Ministry of justice on the application form. For registration of the Charter of the territorial community in addition to the statements presented: (a) the Charter of the territorial community of village, settlement, city. b) the decision of the representative body of local self-government on approval of the Charter; C) the minutes of the plenary meeting of the representative body of local self-government, which made a decision on registration of the Charter. The territorial communities are exempt from payment for these administrative services. Thus, the Government made another step towards improving the quality of administrative services provided to consumers.
