The bandits deception and violence were removed from the citizens money, creating the T. SV. debts the blue. They sought out locals people who, for example, just returned from abroad, to earnings, to establish personal relationships with them, and then artificially created conflict situation through which actually "lured" from the newly created "debtors," all the money. Their victims they were threatened with beatings, torture and threats of reprisals against the families of the victims. The group members had clearly defined roles, continually kept himself in shape, possessed firearms and machetes, had stable contacts with representatives of the criminal environment from other regions of Ukraine. During the RAID conducted simultaneously in multiple locations in Vinnytsia and region, while receiving 3 thousand dollars in another victim, detained four attackers, aged between 25 to 30 years. They seized RGD-5 grenade, a melee weapon, the device for shooting of rubber bullets. In addition, the detainees seized ious and documents unidentified citizens, technical passports, they are inadequate vehicles. By investigators of SBU the two detainees it is reported about suspicion in Commission of crimes under h 2 of article 28 (Commission of crime by group of persons by prior conspiracy), CH 2 article 189 (extortion through threats of murder and violence), part 1 article 263 (illegal weapon handling, fighting supplies or explosives).
