Separate the products of combustion of the leaves and especially plastic waste that fall into piles of garbage are carcinogenic compounds that cause the development of cancer cells. Don't burn leaves and stubble in suburban areas! According to the code of Ukraine on administrative offences for unauthorized burning of vegetation, its residues and wastes provide for imposition of a fine on citizens from 20 to 80 tax-free minimum incomes of citizens (from 340 to 1360 UAH.) and for officials from 50 to 100 untaxed minimum incomes of citizens (from 850 to 1700 UAH.).
