Members of the city councils of the South — Eastern region of Ukraine take part in the training seminar
In the conference hall of the Department of tspau to deputies of city councils of the South - Eastern regions of Ukraine, who arrived in Lutsk with the aim of exchange of experience, began teaching a seminar. Together with the guests from the East part in the seminar was taken by the Secretary of the city Council Julia Bosenko and deputies of Lutsk city Council. The first lecture was devoted to the efficient planning and conducting of sessions of the city Council. Her present was conducted by the expert of Institute of Political education Alexander Solontay. The lecture was considered the procedure of plenary meetings, time planning and scheduling sessions, the rights of the majority and the minority in the Council, in case of their creation, as well as the transparency and objectivity of the coverage of the city Council. The seminar will last throughout the day. The participants will discuss a number of important issues. The Chairman of the Association of condominiums “Lutsk” Julia Sabatur will tell about the peculiarities of creation of associations of condominiums in Lutsk. In particular, we will focus on forms of management of an apartment house, the creation and the main tube of the reform of the condominiums, the options for financing energy efficiency measures in apartment buildings, government support and a road map of thermo. In addition, we will consider the formation of the budget in 2017, legal support of local self-government and legal support activities of local councils.
