Chernihiv mayor met with Directors of educational institutions of the city
In the conference room of the Department of education of the city Council held a meeting in Chernihiv mayor Vladislav Atroshenko Directors of all schools in the city of Chernihiv. During the meeting Vladislav Atroshenko invited all Directors to collectively decide and make clear proposals on the distribution of the budget for the following year in education. He, in particular, noted that one of the funds should go to capital construction, the second part for routine maintenance, and on the support of the educational process. "Among the most important is the repair of roofs of schools and kindergartens. The draft budget of the city for 2017 will be formed taking into account the available resources of the city of optimality and projected costs", - said the mayor. In addition, Vladislav Atroshenko focused on providing students with subject textbooks, technical equipment of the classrooms of the English language. "If our children will be fluent in English, it is their window to the future", - said Vladislav Atroshenko. The mayor addressed the audience of Directors with an earnest request - report problems in the sphere of housing and communal services, to ensure that they were resolved faster. Also to the teachers paid more attention to the educational direction to the problems in children, instills a belief in a bright future. "Ukraine will save the responsible leaders in the field and strengthened self-government. Every student should realize their importance in society," - said Vladislav Atroshenko. Chernihiv city mayor in the beginning of the meeting congratulated the day of birth of the Director of the Collegium ¹ 11 Svetlana Ruban and Director of secondary school ¹ 20 Nicholas Kononchuk. Such meetings with participation of the mayor will be held in all city Council departments, the heads of which will be able to make suggestions on the budget of the city for 2017.
