Vinnicchina: the Prosecutor's office sent to court indictment against two attackers who cold-bloodedly murdered 79-year-old pensioner
the Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region is performed procedural management in criminal proceedings on the fact of intentional murder of a resident of S. Germanivka haysyn district, whose body was discovered at the place of residence with numerous chopped wounds of the chest and signs of torture. As established in the implementation of the pre-trial investigation, the killer of a pensioner was a man and a woman at the age of 25 and 24 years, previously brought to criminal liability for committing property crimes. These persons went to a murder committed with special cruelty with the purpose of acquiring values of the victim, which the house is not found away from the household only two chainsaws and an old bike. Now the procedural head in manufacturing in the indictment concerning these persons are sent to court on grounds of crimes stipulated by items 4, 6, 12 h. 2 articles 115 and part 4 of Art. 187 of the Criminal code of Ukraine. Trial expect the attackers in custody.
