Manevichy the local Prosecutor's office of Volyn region has addressed in Economic court with the claim in interests of the state in the face of Rozhischensky district administration to recover from the limited liability company "Nimbus-7” arrears of rent, to terminate the land lease agreement concluded between the state administration and it sub’object of management, and return to the state land worth more than 2.7 million UAH. In examining the state of the law in the use of land in the territory Rozhischensky district prosecutors'have found that in may 2010, the area of almost 7 ha outside the village Kriva on-site Lukovskoy village Council Rozhischensky district was provided to the enterprise for production of sand. Now the tenant owes more 169,2 thousand UAH. rent for it. In addition, in August of this year, Volyn district administrative court nullified was issued by OOO "Nimbus-7" permit for mineral extraction. So, prosecutors are in court to demand recovery from the company debt, the termination of the lease and return the land to the state.
